Deborah has been a GIS Analyst with Clark Nexsen for five years. Her professional expertise is in GIS, GPS, and data development. Some recent projects include NAVFAC PPV Housing Asset Inventory, NAVFAC Far East Linear Segmentation, and EURAFSWA FIAR Audit preparation. She routinely works closely with engineers and designers to develop comprehensive GPS-collected, survey-grade GIS utility networks. Deborah is a Certified GIS Professional (GISP) and earned her Bachelor of Science in Landscape Design and Management at Florida A&M University. She originally hails from St. Croix, US Virgin Islands.
